Graduate Party space? Be our guest! Our 3400 square foot rooftop is conveniently located in downtown Iron Mountain. We take care of the hosting, so you can enjoy your day celebrating your graduate.
With a 180 person capacity, we have the premier outdoor space to host friends and family for an epic graduation celebration. We offer seating for eating and lounging with fire tables on nights that get chilly.
Our rental rate is $100 per hour and includes space and seating with additional options for a cash bar or drink packages. We give you full control of the decorations and you can bring in your own catering to meet your event needs.
